Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide next steps once your request is reviewed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved pieces

  • Final sale items


Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays, high order volume, or carrier delays.
