We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@skycojewelry.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Custom, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
